Terms of Service
These terms apply to all cleaning services provided by Capital Bloom Cleaning.
Bookings
A booking is confirmed once we have agreed a date, time and scope of work in writing by email, WhatsApp or text message.
Cancellations
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations inside 24 hours may be charged at 50% of the booking value.
Access
You are responsible for providing safe access to the property, along with running water and electricity for the duration of the clean.
Payment
Payment is due on completion unless agreed otherwise in advance. Regular clients may be invoiced monthly.
Insurance and liability
We hold public liability insurance. Any concern about the standard of work or accidental damage must be reported within 24 hours of the clean so we can put it right.
